OK Something totally different from my usual.
with a combination of digital art, Textures, Light Effects, Tracking, Bump Mapping, Whip Linking Layers I came up with this.
some call it Fractal Art, some call it Bump Mapping. Me I just call it Dancing lights.
Smoothness suffers being a Gif, But I still like the effect, the WMV version at 1080 HD is really nice smooth
